Full-Time ASSOCIATE

At Galatea, we are a bit unique in that we hire for one main role (‘Associate’). Our Associates excel at combining technical skill with industry knowledge which we use to operate effectively across all aspects of the systems development life-cycle. Associates don’t just write code... We interact with our clients to understand their challenges and continue to work with them until we have built custom solutions that work!

At Galatea, you may be called on to do just about anything. You may lead a team, face off with a senior executive at a major Wall Street broker-dealer or design a database to hold security positions. Galateans excel at many things and choose not to specialize in any one area (or technology). The role you perform will depend on both your skills and engagements.

We strongly work to cultivate a collaborative atmosphere and emphasize growth and learning in our Associates. Senior members pass on their development, client interaction, and team management skills and when you are ready, our management team will give you the opportunity to take on more responsibility. We want Associates to feel 100% empowered to control their own future with the company.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

YOU should have...
